Started with shipTracks, which is now working. But there is still some
work ahead:

- Since the RssLayer did not make it into OWSContext specs, I will add
the checkbox to turn rss items in the map on and off to the rss
listing. In order to have the status of hidden features stored in a
model, I will add a hiddenFeatures property to GmlRendererOL, which
will hold a comma-separated list of fids that should be hidden.

- I am willing to restore the behaviour of an older version of
shipTracks, where hovering over a feature in the listing will
highlight the feature on the map. I prepared everything in the
widgets, I just have to modify the xsl files to achieve that. Also for
the other way around (hover on map, highlight in listing).

- Add support for raster point symbols (like the green frog in
pre-OpenLayers shipTracks demo).

Comments on the planned features are as always welcome.
