Hi ,

Actually I work on a project  with  Mapbuilder 1.0  and I've had  the 
same problem, so the idea of Roald is good one  just change the 
mapbuilder/lib/util/sarissa/sarissa_ieemu_xpath.js file and normally it 
will works.

But I encourage you, if you have time, to upgrade your Mapbuilder 
installation , Mapbuilder 1.5 version have a lot of new features.
