Andreas, your logic makes sense.
I think that WMS-C is most likely going to refer to a Component WMS as 
being defined in the current OGC testbed. But as you say, we are ahead 
of the curve again and should not hold up our build in order to be 
compatible. The consequence is that some of our OWS Context docs will 
break in the next release. But we can live with that.
