This is not necessary for Mapguide “Config for MS SQL 2016 : Windows authentification to connect to DB” . In fact, I did a test to connect to the DB with a client. It was OK.

So trying out different stuff. Oh another thing that i am encountering as of the moment. Im trying to use sql server as a database, but when i try to add a feature in maestro and tried to connect to the DB. I am getting a mgfdoexception(559) FDO Connection Status: The remote server returned an error: (559) MgFdoException.: The custom error module does not recognize this error. The remote server returned an error: (559) MgFdoException. this is right after i click the "Test Connection" button, i know the user and PW is correct because i was able to connect to the db with sql mgmt studio. I tried looking at the error.log on C:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide\Server\Logs but found nothing about the 559 exception I tried looking at the maestro folder but didnt see any log files there.. Is there something i am missing here or a place where i can look at the issue?
