I'd like to completely revamp the release notes from the format they've been following for a while.
The current outline is something like: I. New stuff II. Docs III. i18n IV. Standards Compliance V. Installation VI. Known Issues VII. The Future VIII. Getting Involved I'd like to reshape it a bit, to look more like: I. Features for users (new, then highlights of the old) (integrate i18n, a11y here) II. Features for developers (new, then highlights of the old) (integrate i18n, a11y, standards here) III. Features for deployers (new, then highlights of the old) (integrate platform info, a11y here) IV. Getting the release V. Known Issues VI. The Future VII. Getting Involved I'll upload a draft reorg like the above in the next couple of hours; would love commentary/feedback then.
