Thanks it should be something with the msi, because inside the build folder there is a msi created for this purpose and when I push it to my windows 10 machine a windows installer instruction pops up and breaks the process.

Yeah the team should create the MSI package from CCP instead so you can deploy it with regular msiexec commands From: listsad...@lists.myitforum.com<mailto:listsad...@lists.myitforum.com> [mailto:listsad...@lists.myitforum.com] On Behalf Of Palomino, Carlos Sent: Thursday, August 17, 2017 3:50 PM To: mdtosd@lists.myitforum.com<mailto:mdtosd@lists.myitforum.com> Subject: [MDT-OSD] RE: ThinkPad Yoga 370 is not a laptop? Thanks again Sean. I used to have access to the cloud packager that allows you to create the image you want, but we have another group that has the right to the license and provides me with the built in image, you know it creates a folder called “build” and another called “exceptions” Carlos Palomino School of Arts and Humanities 972-883-2833 ahte...@utdallas.edu<mailto:ahte...@utdallas.edu> [T_Dallas_tex_orange] From: listsad...@lists.myitforum.com<mailto:listsad...@lists.myitforum.com> [mailto:listsad...@lists.myitforum.com] On Behalf Of Sean Chapman Sent: Thursday, August 17, 2017 2:32 PM To: mdtosd@lists.myitforum.com<mailto:mdtosd@lists.myitforum.com> Subject: [MDT-OSD] RE: ThinkPad Yoga 370 is not a laptop? Thanks Brian. Here at my work I only use Dell computers to keep it easier for my deployments. Dell OptiPlex, Latitude, and Precisions desktops and laptops. By any chance have you deploy Adobe Creative Cloud via MDT? I have the build and I can import it successfully into MDT, but it will not install. Just wanted to pass the word on this discovery. We just got through deployment of several hundred “Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 370” laptops. We just discovered some software did not install because MDT did not identify them as a laptop. Looking now I see some older threads that talk about this identification being unreliable; mostly on servers I guess. News to me until now. This is really a Lenovo problem if I understand it correctly. Just thought I’d pass the word… -Brian ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The information contained in this communication and all accompanying documents from Coilcraft may be confidential and/or legally privileged, and is intended only for the use of the recipient(s) named above.
