Even with a copy of the key to decrypt the softraid volume, almost 4 Mb at the start of the encrypted volume has been overwritten. Most likely that is a large part of the regular filesystem metadata as well, (unless the volume had multiple partitions or the first one was at an unusually large offset). So there are two issues at hand, both fairly high on the difficulty scale.
