[MP3 ENCODER] Broken MP3s

I have a couple of MP3s which I encoded with LAME a long time ago. I made
the mistake of putting them on a Zip disk. Now they've got errors in them
which they didn't have in the first place, but Nero 4 is refusing to put
them on CD. Does anyone know if there's a utility anywhere out there which
could possibly fix them?
