I think that brackets left and right are not "translated" with function translateshortcut() from mseact.pas. If you try to add a new shortcut or change default shortcut of component shortcuts in actionmodule.pas writing "Ctrl+[", there is a "Invalid value : [ ". Now, how to define that "[" and "]", huh, yes, hum, ... a deep exploration of Martin code is needed....
