Stern Hu is 'Kangaroo Edward', as we say in Australia.

He was born in the Peoples' Republic of China and although he thought he
had obtained Australian citizenship under the Australian Citizenship
Act, that piece of legislation looks to section 51 of clause 9 of the
Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act of 1900, an Act of the
British parliament at Westminster. The Chinese government knows that if
the Australian government can grant Australian citizenship by relying
upon a British Act, then the American government can grant Japanese
citizenship by relying on their own citizenship Act!

None of the media in any of the western world has mentioned this! Why?
Too hard to follow? Not allowed?

The Chinese government got some advice on this some time ago, probably
from the University of Cambridge. But no journalist is interested.

Funny that, although not for Stern Hu, his family and friend or Rio
Tinto.

By the way, the short name for kangaroo is roo...
