I started with BBSes in the early eighties, so to this day combining Outlook and mailing lists is like being a parent stuck with a crying baby in a restaurant: embarrassing and one should try not to do it too often. I tried your suggestions in the past, but unfortunately it makes it difficult to communicate with the rest of the company since everyone else uses the default settings.
