Thanks a lot, Niels.
Now the snmpd work correctly, and I found I have make a mistake.
In the system, it has been installed a net-snmp. But I used the libtool to load 
my snmpd, so it found and used the share library of the installed one's.
So the mib which I added does not work @_@

Do you see it if you specify -Dmib_init?
