It could be a bunch of different variables.
It could be a default gateway setting. 
If you have a proxy server setup on some computers.
Internet content filtering software.
No DNS server settings.
DNS server that is assigned is offline or configured incorrectly.

You have to find the constant in the problem and then narrow it down from
there. Some computers can get to the internet and others can't. What is
different about them and what is the same?
