With a single environment it seems to work, though when I expand it to
multiple, it does not seem to work anymore

\starttext

SomeText \\
\environment aaa \\
SomeText \\
\environment bbb \\
SomeText \\

\startenvironment aaa
\samplefile{lorem}
\stopenvironment

\startenvironment bbb
\samplefile{tufte}
\stopenvironment

\stoptext
