Looking at CTAN, it seems that the author of xepersian is not going to
include these fonts in his next release.
so, arabic user on this list should join forces and make an arabic font
package for ctan then (maybe even do a few more sil fonts, like for
latin and hebrew and i think that there's also a greek one)
