Fixed (a definition order issue).

The prime handling is somewhat weird as it does some look ahead for superscripts (1) because there can b emultiple primes and (2) because traditional tex fonts have large prime that needs to be superscripts. The current setup works ok with proper opentype math fonts as well as virtual lm (which has the big prime). Multiple primes are collapsed onto \doubleprime and \tripleprime.
