Hi Denis,

the PDF reference
(https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/devnet/pdf/PDF32000_2008.pdf#nameddest=G11.1696585)
contains the information about border styles (also for link annotations).

But ConTeXt hasn’t those styles implemented.
