While waiting to be seated at the Fountain Diner on Central Ave in Harstdale this morning around 11am I noticed three Monk Parakeets flying west over me and continued over the trees and disappeared. They were surprisingly quiet for Monks. I guess they were coming from one of the colonies in Larchmont or New Rochelle on the coast. I couldn't tell if any were blue since evidentily one is missing in the area. Andrew
