Sunday 2:00 pm The Red-necked Phalarope was not being seen in the Hudson River beside the river wall of Hudson River Park in the West Village of Manhattan. Correction (after the fact): it was seen between Piers 40 and 45 (not 35) (Morton Street to West 10th Street). Apologies to Isaac for your inconvenience.
