Hate driving to Hook Pond?  Good news! There are TWO Tundra Swans on Lake
Ronkonkoma. Discovered today during the Smithtown CBC by Mike Rath, George
R and myself.

The Lake continues to be a slam dunk for Common Merganser.

Interesting to see drought like conditions of Long Island judging by the
amount of exposed shoreline at Lake Ronkonkoma and how some other explored
seeps and ponds were completely dry.
