Hi, My son and I are from Northern Virginia and will be birding Long Island this weekend for the first time. We would like to see Common Eider, Harlequin Duck, and Snow Bunting. We have eBird, but I always like to check in with the locals when birding somewhere new. We'll try for the Townsend's Solitaire too if it's still being seen. Any advice or favorite hotspots would be appreciated. Thanks!
