Phil Ribolow reports that a Loggerhead Shrike (LOSH), was confirmed at Croton 
Point Park via photo analysis. He shares the following:

Extralimital: Croton Point Park.  $10 entry fee. Loggerhead Shrike confirmed 
from photos. visible from top landfill road from dropped pin, perched on 
mullein south side fairly far back.
