Quick note: in a recent set of commits, a number of prereqs (such as
liblog-log4perl-perl) were added to the Evergreen Makefile.install
file, but these are already part of the prereqs installed by the
OpenSRF Makefile.install.

This seems to run counter to the approach of "first, install OpenSRF
(and therefore install its prereqs); then, install Evergreen (and its
own additional prereqs)" that keeps the prereqs separate and avoids
dual maintenance. Was this intentional (in which case, it would be
useful to know why it is necessary), or just an oversight?
