Yes, please look especially at our rpm-4.0.2.patch.feature and
rpm-4.0.2.patch.bugfix files in the "openpkg" bootstrap package.

We are currently based on RPM 4.0.2 and an upgrade to 4.0.3 is in my queue.
I'll upgrade OpenPKG to 4.0.4 once it is officially released by you.
