A few months back, I asked Sun Legal for a shorter block for CDDL for
use in configuration files, style sheets, etc. It looks like this
   for source trees like ON:

The contents of this file are subject to the terms of the
Common Development and Distribution License (the "License").
You can obtain a copy of the license at usr/src/OPENSOLARIS.LICENSE
or http://www.opensolaris.org/os/licensing.
When distributing Covered Code, include this comment block in each
file and include the License file at usr/src/OPENSOLARIS.LICENSE.

Introducing two supported forms of the block, use of the block on
different types of files, and so on all need to be discussed (as they
impact tools and reviewers, if nothing else). I'd like to get some
sense of how we should utilize this alternative.

(Developers of CDDL-licensed software should feel free to use this
block; I'm asking for guidance on use within ON and similar
   consolidations.)
