  Yes, I think these guards are useful for parsing.  I had a couple of
  related guards added elsewhere in the source.

  No, I'm waiting for the bugs to be filed so I have the specific list
  of files around which we'll be negotiating.  We really prefer to go to
  lawyers with specific requests.

  So...  does anybody want to use this copyright block for anything?
  Otherwise, we'll just start using it on the various CDDL'd website
  components.
