Seems to be issue with the ceritificate and the oprivate key

SSL error 0 : error:0B080074:x509 certificate 
routines:X509_check_private_key:key values mismatch.

Indeed. RFC 4492 (ECC for TLS) from May 2006 states it applies to TLS
1.0 and above.
