Hi Michael, maybe what you experienced is the same what I already described in another tread.
- Is only one DS9490 got lost and the others still continue working? - Maybe this one have a high capacity between data-wire and ground (due to a wrong placed Capacity or very long cable) - Did you tried version 2.8p2 as workaround? In my case it solved the problem.
