I have Mozy watching a specific folder, and I have a few batch commands around that use FOR /D loops to zip the contents of important folders and place them in the watched folder. What's important for me is that I put -cryptalg=AES,256 -pass=S0meth1ngStr0ngIH0pe switches on the zip.
