Hi Nigel, you can see the profile sync log detials in the FIIM. go to following location in your server. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office Servers\14.0\Synchronization Service\UIShell\ then run miisclient.exe see the logs there. ( do not run any sycn there , thats not recommended.) cheers. sutha.
