This software can play all kinds of  real audio files and record them in PCM
WAV format.
It has resampling function with good quality using Digital Signal Processing
algorithms.
A great tool to help you create  your own audio CD
Allows you to play (optionally record at the same time) either online or
locally.
Can select multiple files and play/record continuously as a batch job
This is a free software for personal use only. It has been tested on Windows
