High Mike,
You hit the knell dead on the head when you said that.
One list that I'm a member of, people post once to often their home brood 
radio streams.
It has gotten to the point where I just delete them without even opening 
them to read them.
That also happened a few times on this list too as well.
But yes, once every now and then won't hurt anything.
