Howdy!
Open Total recorder and select options menu, open settings and arrow
down to "Global Hotkeys", check the "Enable Global Hotkeys" checkbox and
you'll see a list there, you may like to modify some of these to make
things easier with your Screen Reader so they don't get in the way.
