Dear PCA users,I've had two independent reports about patch downloads failing with "ERROR 403: Forbidden" since last week. It seems as if Oracle has changed or broken something in their hands-off patch download service.
The only thing I can do is to contact Don O'Malley from Oracle, who has helped with such issues in the past. He's out of of office until May 14th, though, so don't expect any quick solution soon.
