Wow! Huge improvement. The image is now much more compelling in my opinion. You still get the feeling of the two men ignoring the rather unfortunate dog, and the dog is now much more dominant. I liked it before. I love it now.

If I were inclined to crop this one, I'd certainly want to get rid of
a good chunk of the grass in front of the dog, and maybe most or all
of the fellow on the right.   Actually, maybe I'll go do that right
now - just hang on a minute...
