The nearest pub to the bridge, on Lower Mall, is (I think) the Blue Anchor. The Dove is on Upper Mall.

I vote for the nearest pub upstream of the bridge, but I assume we all have
each other's mobile phone numbers so we should be able to muddle through,

Hammersmith Centre at 7pm and it will take about 10 minutes at least to walk
down to the pub.

There's quite a lot of "Hammersmith Riverside". How about
meeting at a specific point, such as the Dove, or the pub
closest to the bridge on the upstream side? I can't remember
the name, unfortunately, and I'm only suggesting it as a
meeting point, not for its merits as a pub.
