Which reminds me, I've been shopping publishers for my latest
title, Reality is a Crutch for Those Who Can't Handle
Drinking. I'm being told that I need more than a title,
however; they require a book to accompany it.

Graham Greene wouldn't start a novel until he knew the title. Writing the
book is the easy bit. Get yourself a typewriter, a bottle of whisky and a
hotel room in Saigon, then the only thing you need is a strong feeling of
guilt. Bosh. Done.
