I can only speak for myself but I'm just not as interested in hardware any more as I was last year. I've run low on inspiration, too so that makes gear even less interesting. These past two days I spent many hours completely taking apart a Canon film EOS to shoot a Canorama for the PUG but I ended up unable to produce anything remotely interesting. So why worry about gear? I need ideas =( Ecke
