November? There will always be bad cops, although they’re a minority. Trump is a jackass, but he didn’t recruit them. And there will always be those who loot and destroy in the wake of a tragedy. They did it on Obama’s watch and they’ll do it again if Biden makes it to the White House. It’s the sad truth.
