I've taken the autofocus away from the trigger button, put it on the AF button and set it to spot in the center of the frame.
So, I take the detail that I want to focus on into the centre, shortly hit the AF button with my thumb and then shoot when the moment is right. Works fine for me. Ralf -- Ralf R.
