Well, I don't have access to a K3iii to make comparisons but I find noise is minimal even at 12800 on my K5. With the consumer lenses I have, I mostly use TAV and seldom find the ISO ever gets that high. The K110D & K7 I previously used were very noisy above ISO 800.

Out of curiosity I compared your shot with a few ISO 12800 shots taken with my 
K-5. It looks as though the K-3iii offers about a 1-2 stop improvement in noise.
