Michael, But yes, the climate change did not result from a few hundred or thousand farmers plowing up the soil (though lack of wind breaks may have had a marginal effect) please give me any plausible argument that property rights ***caused*** the drought/depression in agriculture. Any plausible, minimal, even remotely rational argument.
