I'm maintainig the Perl port for the Cygwin POSIX layer on Windows.

We don't need Perl to build Cygwin.

Yes, that is what I need, a Perl that comes with everything included
so the default Windows users can install it with one click and then
run all their scripts without thinking about it.

I'm looking forward to include more modules as ActiveState does with
libwin32 and such alike.

Since I have no problems (yet) I will follow the discussion on this
list and look if I am able to contribute something useful.
