[perl-win32-gui] How to use the ``?'' (help) icon in a DialogBox

Hi,
The tutorial suggests that "$W = new Win32::GUI::DialogBox(" can be used
much like "$W = new Win32::GUI::Window(".

Under the section "Other Differences" it declares:

    A DialogBox has a ``?'' (help) icon. 

When you click on this button, the cursor is changed to include a ?, which
disappears when you click over a field you want more info on.  Is there a
way to make use of this feature?
