Nope, that's not it. The file gets created just fine. For new, renamed, or 
deleted files I need to issue a CVS add, delete and add, or delete command, 
respectively. Forgot with that one.

Driving CVS isn't something I'm great at, but I'm getting better with a lot 
of practice. Simon generally takes care of this, but he's a bit tied up at 
the moment.
