OK the problem is solved ! It's very strange because I simply applied
what was said in the FAQ and it worked, while I was sure I already tried
it without success !

Maybe the first time I didn't restarted openldap but only reloaded, or
maybe the first time I added the config lines at the wrong line, I don't
know...

Whatever the reason, now it works !
