Did this feature ever get re-enabled using another directive?
I tried setting the following in config.php:
$servers->setValue('login','string','uid=<username>,ou=people,dc=foo,dc=bar');
And I get:
Function error called incorrectly [ERROR: Setting a index [login,string]
that isnt predefined.]
The last update on the bug was July 09.
Using v1.2.0.5
