OK, I just grabbed the snap on the website dated 05/20/06 12:04:32 AM, viewer_en.prc.
I can only use the up/down action of the 5-way navigator. Looking at the dialog you mention, it only allows setting actions for up/down arrows, and the 4 custom keys.
