An elderly couple I know is having problems with email.

Their address is a msn.com (or hotmail) account and they are sending to
a receipent who's email address is a hosted domain by Google. Both
parties can send and receive email to others. Matter of fact, she can
send email to my email address (Gmail) without issue.

Here is the error message she's receiving....

Any ideas?

Sean
