What are you joking about? That you won't forget my tip? I wasn't joking
at all when I gave it, because putting your replies where you used to put
them really made it a painful effort to read your mail. And not cutting
out unneeded parts of text replied to wastes bandwidth and makes scanning
your message for relevant parts more difficult.
You may also want to pick up the tip from Eric Rosel: join the PH Linux
Newbie list and ask there first. Based on your e-mail re: "RE: RTFM? FAQ
of Life.. (was Re: [plug] Dial-In Server)" dated Thu, 9 Aug 2001 09:28:26
+0800, you're a definite newbie. The chances of you getting rants like the
one I sent on that list are much much lower as it was designed to be a
place for redundancy and Q&As with Linux newbies, hence its name.
